Lanigan, Saskatchewan

The small town of Lanigan with a population of about 1,500 is located on Yellowhead Highway 16 leading from Saskatoon to Winnipeg, about 80 miles east of Saskatoon.

The town economy is based on the Potash mine located west of town which mines one of the richest and purest potash deposits in the world. The town has a Curling Rink, public outdoor heated pool and Arena Complex.
